"Wonderful classic feel of European Villa in the exotic Far East. The room was pleasant and airy. We found the room did not let in enough natural sunlight the bulbs being energy saving did not light up enough. They scheduled a private party at pool side with real bad EDM with Chinese singers which only hit the high notes off tune. Made for a uncomfortable sleeping. Breakfast was I strange mix of Chinese Cambodian and English foods, thank good there was Pho. Staff went out of their way for...

"The Two Seasons hotel was beyond our expectations! As a flight attendant for over 42 years, I have stayed in thousands of hotel rooms, and this hotel was really exceptional. The staff were welcoming, kind, and always seemed happy to see us, from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the pool staff, and the rooms were comfortable, and clean. Day trips were arranged easily by the staff, as well, and the pool area was very relaxing.I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Siem Reap!"

"The room AC didn’t work for two nights and was fixed only on the third day. This is in high humidity 95+ (fahrenheit) heat where it’s best to come to the hotel to relax in the afternoon. The front desk staff was not sympathetic at all, not immediately offering to give another room for the night, exactly opposite of the attitude expected from someone in the hospitality industry. And then there was a cockroach in the room."
