"This little house was everything we needed for our short trip to the area. Firstly, we found it very clean- which is the most important quality in my opinion. The home was nicely appointed with everything you need but don't want to take with you when you travel such as coffee, filters, and hand soap at every sink. We expect to be on the area more often as we now have a student at MTU and we would not hesitate to rent this home again."

"Home was clean and very cute. Kitchen was well equipped and had lots of room to work with a couple adults in it, since we did most of our meals at the house. Both bathrooms were clean and we never ran out of hot water with 8 adults in the house. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. I was really happy with my stay and would definitely stay again if and when I’m in the area."
