"Tuana is a small family owned hotel with authentic garden and swimming pool. The owner Tuba and partner are both very friendly. Whatever your needs, they are always happy to help. "Great location. The staff was friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were really good with a good variety of breads, fruits, yogurts, salad and meat. The beach wasn't overcrowded during our stay and we had no issues finding a chair. The hotel convenient store was also good and not overly priced. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant and the dishes were very good. "

"I used to travel for work. I have easily slept in over 1000 hotel rooms. This was the single worst experience of my life. The room key lock kept malfunctioning and they wouldn’t fix it. They would just give a new key card, which would only work once and tell me to go try it. The room was easily 500m away on a different floor. "The hotel is very old. The photos on Expedia does not match what you’d expect in person. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not treat guests well. They act like they’re being bothered if you come up. In general this place must have been a great hotel 25 years ago but it’s not worth staying at. Save your money and go stay in a different city close to a Antalya . I tried calling Expedia twice to move me to a different location and a newer hotel. "

"We've been placed in 2 store apartment with bedroom and shower room upstairs. Top rooms were moldy and peeled paint from walls and ceilings. Had to move out to other room next day. We was staying 2 weeks Sewage smell in ground floor Hallways. 3 star max , I can't understand how come they getting 5*??? Food was nice. But it's Turkey, that's what we was expecting."
