Great stay

Overall good hotel, not too large facility. We had a great stay. The pool could have cooler temperature. Buffè restaurant could have more option for the protein. It was chicken or turkey almost everyday. A la carte restaurants we tried was BBQ and Ottoman, which non of those qualified as an “a la carte” restaurant. In my opinion, not a 5 star hotel.

Great staff and service, great food, very friendly staff always cheerful and very helpful. I cant fault the staff and the vibes. Very good energy. Maybe the only negative and it is not really negative to be honest, we felt like yes there are more germans which is not a problem but it would be nice for the staffs to be more confident with speaking english too. However its not a big deal. Families should not hesistate to book with your children. My family all enjoyed. Money well spent. 5 star.

Had a lovely time here with my family. The hotel staff were great, facilities well maintained and clean. the housekeeping staff also did a great job daily cleaning our room. The latter made us very comfortable since we had a 9 month old who needed to crawl about. Wish the kids buffet had a few more options though… apart from that the food was lovely.

There were largely positive reviews for this resort at the time of booking with some negative ones. We were a family of 4 with 2 kids 8 and 1 year old. Food was amazing from breakfast, lunch, snacks at the beach and Bbq. It was a family friendly resort with many families with kids. Pools were well maintained with water slides which was fun. There was evening show at the theatre which was fun. Mostly German nationalities and some local turkish families but all very friendly. We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing especially food. A la carte booking for their Ottoman, Italian cuisine restaurants was almost impossible to get with 1 hour slot in the day to book for next day and we were disappointed with not getting our booking. Staff were generally friendly and smiling with an odd one not so friendly one bt you can imagine with so much workload on them to keep everything going. Beachside was fantastic. All in all excellent experience and would recommend for families.

Hotel was for German national only . Staff don't speak english . Food was very average , some of it was tasteless. Reception staff were very unprofessional.need a lot of training in customer service. Hotel taxi services were very expensive. Guest relation manager was rude , arrogant, unwilling to help. Waiters , waitresses. Cleaners ., chamber maids Were hard working and heroes. We waited 6 hours for an electric fault in our room after contacting reception. We did feel unwelcome. Entertainment was very limited. Overall the hotel was not a 5 star. Hotel need a huge improvement.

Amazing family holiday at Aydinbey Hotel

We had an amazing time in Aydinbey hotel. Hotel room was big enough for a family with two kids. Pools, water slides and sea were fantastic. Safeguards made us feel safe while my kids are in the water. Cleanliness was great! Rooms and other areas were cleaned regularly. There were plenty of food options, most of them were delicious. You could find something to eat even at night! The staff was always helpful and kind. They took action and responded as fast as possible to our requests. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come again!

Great time was had in the end because we went with another group. The room when we arrived was set up with one double bed and one single bed... for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). I asked for another bed and got given a broken rollaway base with a paper thin mattress. For a 5 star establishment and to expect anyone even a child to sleep on that for 9 nights, I was shocked. Response from management on this point was not great. So if you are booking a room for 2 adults and 2 children beware of what is being offered to you as an option!! No response from the hotel on my messages prior to arrival. This was consistent though with other guests.. From a service perspective we had a couple of vegetarians in the party. Upon late night arrival we were offered a cold meal, we had said two were vegetarian but the plate arrived with fish and chicken so we explained we dont eat it. The waitress simply picked up the fish and chicken with a fork and took it off the plate and then expected the vegetarians to be ok with that. After a couple of rounds of communication with broken english we finally sucfessfully communicated and we actually got a delicious hot meal of pasta. The head chef was really accomodating and fabulous and there was a good vegetarian selection of food on most days. The fresh pasta bar was a bonus. Great bar serviceService at the beach bar varied dependant on person serving.some accomodated vegetarian asks due to limited veg options on menu,others asked to stick to menu

Wir waren als Paar für 4 Nächte im Aydinbey King's Palace & Spa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir bekamen bei Ankunft ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade von einem Doppelzimmer auf Landesseite zu einem Familienzimmer und Meerblick auf Poolseite. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag top gereinigt und die Minibar mit Softgetränken aufgefüllt. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine kleine Flasche Rotwein, einen Obstteller sowie Schokolade. Die Auswahl der Speisen im Hauptrestaurant sowie den verschiedenen Restaurants war vielfältig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das gesamte Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und alles überaus sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben diese kleine Auszeit sehr genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sängen upplevdes väldigt hård Maten var godkänd inget mer om det.. Begränsad aktivitet mest för barnfamiljer Entertainment var väldigt modest Service och personal var väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående. Städning mycket bra och duktiga personal.

Ich bin begeistert,Hotel ,Personal ,Sauberkeit , Essen bis zum Zimmer sehr sehr begeistert und würde dieses Hotel jeden empfehlen. Fängt von Rezeption an, man fühlt sich besonders die Aufnahme Zimmervergabe unkompliziert und schnell. Zum Essen, alles, was das Herz begehrt frisch lecker À la carte ein Muss nicht vergessen zehn von zehn Sterne Danke danke an das gesamte Team

Direkte Strandlage, sehr leckeres Essen, neu renovierte Zimmer und extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen. Man fühlt sich sehr schnell heimisch, es wird viel Wert auf Gästezufriedenheit gelegt. In direkter Nähe findet man viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, wir würden es sofort wieder buchen.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin für eine Woche in dem Hotel und kann echt nur sagen: top! Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und super gemütlich – genau das, was man braucht, um einfach mal abzuschalten. Das Personal war mega freundlich und immer gut drauf. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen war auch richtig gut – viel Auswahl und alles frisch. Lage war auch perfekt. Man war in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß mitten im Geschehen, aber es war trotzdem ruhig genug, um gut zu schlafen. Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Absolut empfehlenswert für alle!
