"The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No. "

"Staff was very helpful during check-in. The room was as per advertised, clean, big room & good amenities. We like the location. Quiet, close to Tsurumai station, convenience store on 1st floor and other restaurants/cafes."

"Good price and good room. Spacious and has all amenities you need. Location is good would recommend the Italian restaurant nearby. My only complaint is the lack of a bidet."

"The apartment had everything that we needed for comfort. It was easy to stay there. The street outside is rather noisy, so earplugs might be helpful. But it was a great day."
