"The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helped me with a reservation glitch. The beds were clean and comfortable along with a nice bathroom, en suite, including shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. Restaurants and train station within walking distance. This is a quaint little town just a 20 minute train ride from Geneva. The hotel is a gem and I would definitely stay here again."
"A Hotel to Avoid
This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."
"Unhygienic, noisy and this property is in France so you have to pay for the public transport whereas if you are staying in Geneva you don't have to pay for public transport."

"The place is beautiful, the staff didn’t speak much English , but they so tried , bless them, Coco and Yasin were so helpful and also the 2 ladies we met at checkout on the 2nd September 2025

It’s a hotel with kitchen, after spending 3 nights with takeaway , we were just so happy to get a kitchen to cook , there are shops nearby , one just next to the train station , if you want a good picture perfect village , get on the train and go to Annecy for just 5 euro . There is nothing much to see in Annemasse . But this kitchen hotel is lovely , bars, restaurants and Monoprix shop just seconds literally across the hotel "
"The room was big,clean,warm enough( the AC was good) ,there was a heater for colder nights. The view was over mountain tops and was beautiful. Being an appartment it is very useful in having all the amenities( e.g. kitchinette,fridge,microwave). Evrything was lovely"
"The staff were excellent and very polite, English and French spoken. The hotel itself is kept very clean and has amicably sized rooms if you are just looking for a place to rest after exploring Geneva. We got a number 6 bus, then a 17 tram all the way into the centre of Geneva - takes around 40 minutes total, ideal. "
