"The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helped me with a reservation glitch. The beds were clean and comfortable along with a nice bathroom, en suite, including shampoo, soap, and hairdryer. Restaurants and train station within walking distance. This is a quaint little town just a 20 minute train ride from Geneva. The hotel is a gem and I would definitely stay here again."

"Great base to get into Geneva. Trains leave every 10 mins or so from the station that is a 10 min walk away.You can get an all day train ticket to use to and from Geneva and all transport in Geneva for about £12 for 24 hours , Excellent value.
Also , its easy and cheap to get to the hotel from Geneva airport , costs about £5 if that.
Train to Annecy is also a MUST ."

"A Hotel to Avoid
This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."

"Tram transportation is just infront of the hotel. "
"Staff was super helpful and provided an excellent customer experience! The only thing was the property was under construction and there was a few sketchy people around the area. There was a young man doing drugs in front of the entrance that confronted me for having my phone out, I let him know that I was waiting for my Uber yet he still threatened me. I let the staff know and they immediately went out and dealt with him. Although I was unsure at first, I really enjoyed my stay! The area is in the process of being gentrified, so I’d say it’s only going to become safer from here on out."

"This was a great property with lots of space and great touches. We truly enjoyed our time in Annemasse. The only down-side is that it is farther outside of Geneva than we expected but that's not the apartment's fault."
"The room was big,clean,warm enough( the AC was good) ,there was a heater for colder nights. The view was over mountain tops and was beautiful. Being an appartment it is very useful in having all the amenities( e.g. kitchinette,fridge,microwave). Evrything was lovely"

We got a number 6 bus, then a 17 tram all the way into the centre of Geneva - takes around 40 minutes total, ideal. "
