"This house is beautiful and exactly what we expected! We loved having the option to hang out by the pool and enjoy the beach views if the weather was a little windy for an actual beach day. It’s also in a great location with all our shopping needs nearby. Paul and Marc are wonderful hosts: quick to communicate, easy to get ahold of, and checked in with us regularly to make sure all was good and up to our standards. It was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of beach house. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Hilton Head."

"We have no complaints. This place is terrific and was enjoyed by our family of 14 (ages range from 15 mos. to 94 years old!) We had the exact number of bedrooms and the supplies provided were excellent. Love the places in the house that provide family time as well as the ones perfect for alone time. Each space is very welcoming. Thank you for all you have done to make this a getaway we will always remember. Best house and property we have ever stayed in.The only suggestion we have is to put a rubber mat outside of the spa to walk on because that gets slippery when wet. We solved the problem with beach towels and those did work.Props to the heater for the spa! Definitely worth getting this!!!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 20 guests stay at the house and an additional 10 coming and going. The stay was perfect and had ample space for all of our guests as well as for their cars. We had our wedding activities on the spacious outdoor areas and the ceremony on the beach. The rental company was always quick to respond and extremely helpful and professional. We hope to stay again soon !"

"We enjoyed our stay. Cottage was exceptionally clean and accommodating and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and sofas were cozy for lounging. We enjoyed the private pool area also. There was a beach wagon and chairs and beach toys for beach. We walked each day to beach. Cottage is located on a quiet street in close proximity to shopping and restaurants and activities. Communication with host office was great. We would recommend."

"Family trip to a new destination - this was a mix of the best of both kinds of waterways! Beach wasn’t far and pool was right out the back door. Our four year old grandson loved it the best and learned lots of new things to do in the pool. Rooms were big and everyone had plenty of room. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and backyard are the best feature of this property. The house is nice and has some updates but a few more would go a long way. The front entry stairs need to be changed. We typically travel with grandparents and this would not have been possible for them to navigate. We were only in the house long enough to sleep but the mattress and pillows in the entire house need updated. The property was mostly clean but the intake vents in kitchen & dining are black and look to never been clean. Those are things that set the tone for the rest of the property and then it makes you start looking at things closer. Everything else was sufficient and worked well for us. I like the fact of credit for beach rental equipment so easy. I also like working with the management company. They checked on us via text during the week to make sure things were going well. "
