Everything was very good

The hotel is well located close to restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The little extras like afternoon tea and evening soup came in extremely handy.

Great hotel for a medium to long term stay - staff were super friendly and helpful. Laundry on site was a blessing especially with the heat and humidity. Really liked the breakfast buffet - midnight snack was decent but I think offerings are better in the morning. They also had free beverages coffee tea etc throughout the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I loved my time in Hualien.

Very interesting hotel with a bike theme. The included breakfast was great. Service amazing. Bike rental was included. It was really great value and made you feel good being there. The associated restaurants are good too. Right next to the beautiful walk (also a bike path) by the ocean. Room has a nice ocean view as well.

Loved it

Staff was warm and friendly. Staff was also able to speak English well. The facilities of the hotel were great for families including a clean play area for children, small gym for cardio workouts, and even a location to board your pets. You are responsible for feeding your pet throughout the day but the cages were relatively large for smaller dogs or cats. Excellent host

Hosts are friendly and gracious. Rooms are big and well furnished. Breakfasts are delicious and stylishly presented. We also enjoyed the parting gifts of fruits grown from their field. That is a very touching gesture. The only thing I can suggest to improve is to add some seats/chairs and a table to the balcony.

Very well located hotel, near a lot of activities and areas you want to explore. Having laundry in the hotel is very convenient, as well as parking in site!

Hotel is in a quiet location. Spacious room, good sized bathroom all very clean. Nice ocean view from the 6th floor. Breakfast was wonderful with a large selection of food items to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
