Upon entering the entrance, I was greeted with a smile by the information desk staff. The counter staff also spoke English and were very helpful. （My english is no good.) They made my bed and restocked the mini-bar with drinks and snacks. For those who tour Taroko and east coast with public transportation, it is very convenient. Free breakfast is fair, and the staff is reasonably courteous. Completed our Hualien tour in a 4 night stay.
