It was beautifully designed and absolutely immaculate. The bed is very comfortable. Our host thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable and welcome. "We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Beds were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and hot tub was perfect in the evenings. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. This was a luxury rental! We could have stayed for weeks! We’ll definitely be back if we come to OBX again. "

"The location is the biggest draw of this place. Easy to get to, perfect access to the beach and great central location for all of the outer banks. A few things I wished for… on site rental of boogie boards, beach toys, towels and anything beach related. This would’ve made it a million times more convenient. The bathroom was rough. Not so great shower, especially when you think about the massive amounts of sand we are bringing in. And this is super picky but there were sooo many people on the breakfast area. Make the entire space where the guests get food and change the seating area to that closed off space off of checkin. Or just outside. Also appreciated the cleaning staff dropping off towels every day. Again, so much sand Otherwise we enjoyed our stay"

"Really appreciated Tracy and Phyllis’s help they were very accommodating and kind. The pool was warm and loved the direct access to the beach. Breakfast was tasty and they even served real scrambled eggs. Definitely would recommend the restaurant across the street, Miller’s for great service and seafood. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back."

"The hits: Great location with great beach access. The adult pool is nice and relaxing. The beach staff was great. The Theodosia restaurant was delicious. The misses: The Sandbar and Lifesaving Station food was mediocre. We went to the pool and two of the three times, there were no towels to be found and we had difficulty finding an employee to find us some towels. In our shower, one of the levers was not properly attached to the wall and the bathroom fan/vent did not work. One of the wall sockets in our room was not properly attached and would pull out when we would remove a plug. I asked the front desk for some silverware/plasticware and they could not find any."
