The picture of the deck is misleading. It is off the back of the house of the owners residence. No privacy for the guests. The general appearance of this prperty is "unkept". Needs some cleanup of clutter and repair. Ceiling light had two bulbs not working. We bought light bulbs but it was not just the bulbs. Needs replaced. Pole light also had a bulb fixture that did not work. Large jacuzzi tub needs replaced. Doesn't work. Communication was not acceptable. I texted and called without any reply. I just had to go to the residence and see if i could talk with someone there. There was a note at the bottom of the steps with instructions about key and check-in information. I also called VRBO and they could not get a response. Positive things about this residence was the bed was comfortable and the house is directly on the beach. The owner gave us a free breakfast and a bottle of wine. The location to the community was perfect. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.
