Bathroom tiles filthy and grout disgusting!! Mat in lounge was not hoovered and did smell !! Extractor fan in bathroom full of dust and filthy . Damp in bedroom and bathroom . A shame as a lovely cottage just needs a damn good clean . Crumbs and hair under the table in the lounge area definitely had not been cleaned .
