Hotel room floor was very dirty - I spilt some water on the floor and dried it with a tissue which was completely black. Pillow cases smelled of someone’s oily hair - house keeping likely didn’t change them so I had to request for clean pillow cases and change them myself. The bathroom smelled of puke. Would not stay here again.

Excellent location and room condition. Staff was extremely helpful and top-notch service. Had a really nice experience and will return to stay the next time I visit SZ.
