The hotel was clean and staffs were friendly. But it’s not super close to a subway station. I like that they had professionalism and were willing to assist you when you needed it and not nosy or patronizing. They had a good and proper gym as well. Not just a few cycling machines like other hotels. Overall good hotel for the price. Quick and easy check out. Some do speak English but only one was more fluent. I like their movie selection (requires additional payment to third party but at least they provided it in their TV). I was not happy about their house keeping - missed a few top ups and they don’t wash cups (perhaps hotels never do). They only provide showers for twin rooms and there are build up of limescale if you look closely. Doesn’t affect showering though. We resorted to voice translation on the phone, which was very inconvenient. Our reservation clearly indicated 3 adults, and housekeeping arrived with a rollaway cot bed; however, the cot was hard and squeaky. The reservation also indicated special refreshments for this room rate and nothing was provided except for a few cans of soda in the fridge.
