"Very disappointed with the room, the floors were dirty, sand , very sticky like they haven’t been mopped in weeks, that was all through the room, the bed needs attention every time you moved it sounded like it was going to hit the floor."

"Poolside seating was fine! Unfortunately I had to have my room sprayed for roaches. I had both a cockroach and and a huge palmetto bug in my bathroom. I will be asking for a partial refund on Monday! I love the proximity to the beach. There was no place hang clothes. It looked like it had been painted recently but the finishing touches weren’t there. I’m sorry but would Not recommend staying there! It also had a dry drain/ sewer smell outside my room."

"Room was not very clean. Hair was still on bathroom floor and we found a dirty towel behind the dresser. TV was so old it hardly picked up any channels. Check in was fine until they had me “finish up checking in” with a guy who turned out to be a pushy timeshare salesman. Overall not a great experience would not book again"

"The room was cleaned but the bed still had sand all in it, sooooo so much noise next door due to them doing maintenance I guess my stay was okay. The staff was nice"

"Hotel was okay. The room that I was assigned was not clean. It had several spots were it was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable, they sunk in the middle. Snall fridge didn't work that well and it was damaged. Water pressure is too low and water drained really slow, tub almost got halfway full because of this issue. Breakfast was not good at all and they have very limited options. Paying car parking in top of the regular room price is ridiculous. For the price I paid for the room, the hotel is missing alot. It needs a whole remodel and new and more food options. Only good thing was the easy access to the beach."
