« i was on third floor. the only working ice machine was on lobby floor. My refrig not working. was told someone would be by to fix. Never happened. In house phone not working. Couldn't contact front desk. I fully understand one gets what one pays for. I was not expecting the Taj Mahal. However, after 7 hrs on the road, was not expecting to make front desk and ice machine runs. LP »

« I booked my room for two nights. I live five hours away and had to go to Panama City Florida because my daughter had an emergency surgery. I didn’t sleep the first night my room smelled like propane woke up with a headache. The second night I did not sleep. The beds were sagging in the middle and my room was next to the kitchen and smelled like propane the entire time. I informed them that I thought I was gonna stay an extra night and I ended up leaving that day. I got a phone call the next...
