"This unit is a nice little historic two-flat and was great for our stay. It is in great condition and has everything we needed. Only downside is there is only on-street parking. There was plenty so it wasn't any issue, just be prepared."

"We wanted a quick getaway to see a show at Hoyt Sherman and visit our favorite brewery, Lua for dinner and drinks and this couldn’t have been a more perfect location at an affordable rate! So many great places nearby and nice to be able to walk and not worry about parking for the show. Highly recommend for a small group wanting to take in Sherman Hill area."

"Nice, convenient, but perhaps not quite all glitches worked out just yet. Check in instructions should specify use of the # in front of the code, for instance. The sofa bed in the living room, especially, seems to have taken a beating at the hands or perhaps hinds of previous guests. Host is quite responsive to needs such as 3 sets of towels. I don't think there is a baking dish, save for cookie sheets, to be found in the kitchen. Even so, our stay was relatively pleasant and convenient."
