"Amy was wonderful to deal with. The house is perfect for a larger group. The elevator allowed us to bring our 85 year old mom who loved watching us on the boat from the cover porch. Several age groups were part of this trip and everyone loved their experience (not always easy to pull this off). The fire pit out back was great for the evenings. The highlight is the boat dock. I even did the waterslide and jumping off second story and I'm 59. The boat rental recommendations were perfect. They...

"Very clean house. Nice location. No porch or patio furniture which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoors. Had to use kitchen table chairs to sit outside. Lots of tiny ants inside the house. Just needs a little ant treatment to solve that problem. Bedrooms were nice size. I would stay again, but wife says heck no. Could go from nice to great with very minor improvements."

"We were a large group visiting for a wedding. Great space. Communication with owner not good at all. Asked for early check in, never replied 3 times, which I understandably took as a no. Still waiting for $50 cleaning credit that was supposed to be refunded a month ago, dishwasher does not work, and zero communication on exit instructions. I even called him, he pushed me to voicemail and texted he was out to dinner. I repeated in text need exit instructions (do we strip beds, garbage, etc) said...

"Visiting our son at MTSU. House is in an excellent location between campus and the quaint town square with shops and restaurants. This is our second time staying here and the house is beautifully maintained."

"This is a nice place but if you have a a disability or are a senior citizen this may not be a place for you to stay. It is a hilly rough walk to the dock and back up. Even my grandchildren were out of breath. Also there were no washcloths in the entire place. No dishrags either."
