"Check-in staff was difficult to understand. I had pre- booked and paid on Expedia, so check-in should have been quicker. TV remote in room didn't work very well, possibly low battery. Otherwise, room was clean and up to date. One quirk, was a small gift bag marked "Tips" on the dresser."

"Strongly suggest not to stay here. Yes the price is good but the place is dirty and just not a nice place to stay. We travel quite a bit and this may be one of the worst places we have stayed. Quite frankly we should have relocated to a nicer hotel. Will absolutely not stay there again. "

"The outside looks grungy. You walk in and get hit with a terrible smell throughout the entire hotel. Can’t understand the staff members. Room was not all that clean. Didn’t stay and ended up leaving and booking something closer to downtown Nashville. Not worth the stay. "

"The room air conditioner doesn't work. The room wreaking of cigarettes or something else, the bed sheet, blankets, and pillows looked like has not been changed has very strong orders of smoke. Smell horrible for a NON-Smoking room. "
