Including the parking, the cost for one night was $700. That was for a standard king sized bedroom. Given the price we expected a 4-5 star experience. Ours was just ok. Valet parking was missing for quite a while when we first checked in and getting our car do we could drive turned out to be a long process. The rooms were ok if they were half the price. But they did not include things like bathrobes and slippers and other high end touches one might expect. Overall it was a fine stay but not a great one.

This place was very nice and very close to broadway like literally no more than a 10min drive The check in part was complicated I had to call to get my keys to the unit because the instructions were never sent The lady walked me through the steps and I appreciate that but she told me to pay for parking and I told her I thought parking was included she stated no and I need to pay but once I arrived to the unit I saw a parking pass for my vehicle I was so angry because I already paid for the parking which was 31$ a night But other than that the place was very nice and clean

Hotel was clean, rooms were nice. really liked the little corner table in the first room we were in. Unfortunately, we experienced a major inconvenience. When we checked in, we were told that the hotel had "maintenance" on the floor we were staying on and that the next morning we would need to pack up and bring our bags to the front desk and they would find another room for us. The staff was super nice but were unable to give up any helpful information. We asked what time in the morning we had to be out. they didn't know. 11? blank stary. noon? blank stare. "Just in the morning". ended up taking til almost 5 PM that evening to find us another room, I had to ask if there were any comps for the inconvenience and they said they would give us a $150 credit for use of amenities in the hotel. nice, but it kind of handcuffed us to the hotel restaurants to benefit. The restaurant was expensive for dinner and doesn't really have a menu we preferred and definitely wanted to eat elsewhere. We ended up spending over $200 so the comp didn't cover. At the end of the day, I don't feel we were compensated appropriately. we excepted graciously because the front desk staff had there hands full dealing with others who were also inconvenienced. I feel that a free night would have been a more comparable to the inconvenience experience or at least cover ALL the expenses. keep in mind, i booked the room only a week out. Not sure why maintenance can be planned better.
