Horrible stay. No warning of no electricity or running water
Terrible mistake booking this property. The host was almost impossible to get ahold of and the phone number on the listing is the wrong number. It was so dirty and there was NO ELECTRICITY OR RUNNING WATER. We booked this place to go to a wedding at bay pointe woods and had no way of getting ready for the wedding. The host said the electric and water would turn on shortly after our arrival, but never did for our entire stay. So horrible - Couldn’t charge phones, couldn’t go to the bathroom, no lights, no AC, no power for the fridge, NOTHING. Will never book this place again.

Bad experience
We stayed at this property for a wedding with our family of 5. We could not get into contact with the host initially, as the listing contact info is not accurate - we had to find her contact info through google at the LLC "Mindful Stays", and she would only text - never picked up when we called. There were only 3 towels, surfaces had not been cleaned, there was urine in the toilet, and the sheets were still dirty. There was a washer/dryer, but we found out after we washed the sheets that the dryer was broken. The host was not responsive, and I had to drive to a store 20 minutes away to purchase some clean sheets. The owner told us that she would reimburse for sheets and give a full refund, and then completely stopped responding to texts after we left the property. We were excited to stay because the property looks cute and unique; unfortunately, our experience with the owner leaves us giving one star.
