"It was more than i expected!! Truly a home away from home !! Will recommend!!"

"I was in town for a wedding nearby and booked this hotel because it advertised free local shuttle. I called ahead to ask for a shuttle from the train station and was told it was not available. I also asked for a shuttle to the wedding venue, and was told that there is someone available, but they do provide transport to other venues… which seemed petty and does not affect the other venue, rather it affects the guest who chose to stay at your hotel and now has to arrange and pay for another ride. I witnessed two other guests separately have unpleasant altercations with the front desk staff as well. For such a nice hotel, I would have higher expectations of the staff. Otherwise, the room is nice and spacious. The robe provided in the closet seemed well-worn, which was not very appealing. The bed was comfortable. It was off season, but the pool area seemed nice. "

"The room was clean and a bit updated. Very comfy bed. It was so nice to see a wonderful friendly face at check-in This has been my goto spot to stay for a couple of years now and things have been getting changed for the better."

"Had breakfast Sandwich and a Quiche muffin which was premade and both were tasteless. This was from the small cafe as Breakfast was over. Thought it disappointing that no food was available from 11am to 5pm from the restaurant."

"There was no was to heat water for tea or coffee. The "complementary breakfast" was in the office: coffee and a granola bar. The evening I arrived the rug by the bed was wet. The place was clean but not in any way welcoming."

"First room - no AC. Temperature was 82 degrees. Went down to the desk and they said they'd send maintanace. After half an hour, followed up with a call and was told they had quite a few maintanace issues ahead of ours. Eventually transferred to a second room where the AC did not work, but at least the temperature in the room was 72 degrees. TV did not work. No hot water in the shower. Was scheduled for two nights, but left after one. This was unreal."
