Chalets à Shattuckville

« This cabin is geared more for Winter and skiing since there is no air conditioning. Our family of 5 guys stayed here on 7/25/2025 because it was not that far from our rafting location, hiking and other attractions in southern VT. The cabin is very clean and the kitchen is stocked for all one's needs. We spent several nights after dinner around the firepit. We very much enjoyed staying here. »

« Wilmington and this chalet were both wonderful getaways for my husband and I. The chalet was well equipped, comfortable and cozy and had the bonus of a fantastic location. We hiked Haystack and Hogsback, swam and paddle boarded in Harriman Reservoir, and explored the lovely town (Bartleby's bookstore, breweries, Dot's and Village Roost were our favorites). « Great house in an unusually lovely place: herb and flower gardens, hummingbirds, good hiking trail from the backyard, 6 minutes to Ashfield Lake for swimming - watch for the bald eagle that flies over the lake - ice cream within walking distance, fresh corn…the place is just perfect. »

« Great place to stay on a small lake. Good fishing and lots of salamanders. Couldn't use the fire pit as the chairs had bird poop on them and there was a lot of grass growing into it but the beach was nice and the house was fantastic. »

« The house is amazing—perfect for a small group of friends and our kids for a ski vacation. The house has tons of space for cooking, relaxing, and playing.
