The location is close to the train station (a bit difficult to find). The room was very clean. The facilities in the room were excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of food. I would recommend.

Amazing stay! Perfect location and area. Breakfast was delicious and staff were incredibly helpful. The room was gorgeous, clean, and had nice features like heated towel rack, bidet/fancy Japanese style toilet seat, and laundry service was available. Also arranged the car service to the airport when we left and jt was a smooth service. Would come back!!

Excellent hotel! 20 minutes ride from Hongqiao Airport, train station and Hongqiao CBD. Great location: walking distance to Changfeng park, the subway station and the mall (Joycity) where you can find plenty of places to have a full meal or quick bites. The room is nice and clean, the bed is comfortable. Staffs are nice and helpful.

My wife and I are both travel advisors - any of our clients looking to visit Shanghai will be strongly recommended to stay at this property. Location, location, location! Close to the Bund, subway, and an excellent Didi pickup point. Property is clean, well managed, modern, fantastic included laundry and the breakfast was perfect. We can’t say enough about the property! (Except get a better ice maker please?)

Perfect for a late night arrival and a morning departure. Within 10 min walk of Terminal 1 & 2 (it's between them) using a covered indoor heated walkway. (I did have to ask someone where it was.) Inside the hotel everything is clean, bright, and modern, and the room amenities are great. Unfortunately the CNN channel on the TV didn't play but that's likely a censorship issue. The Chinese channels all worked. Breakfast was also very good. I'd stay there again. Helpful staff and guests can use...
