"The property was centrally located in Otaru, within minutes of walking to the canal and the main dining street. The room was spacious in Japanese standard, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast spread was luxurious, but it also required a timed entry ticket. One thing to note is that do not park in the hotel lot -- the parking lot down the same street had lower rate (800 yen for 24 hrs). "

"Great experience. With both indoor and outdoor public bath plus sauna. Free ramen from 9:30pm till 11pm. Free popsicle during the day till late at night. Located just right across the train station and the fish market . Excellent value for the price. Hotel itself is old but is clean and got everything we need. "

"Fantastic location. We had to park our rental car in a pay lot across the street, but no big deal (no in-out allowed, but we were walking distance to everything we came to see). I had problems with the washer in the laundry room, but I think I might have overloaded the machine. The breakfast was delicious! Overall, I highly recommend it!"
