"Dirty room. Carpet very stained up and left my feet sticky and gross. Ran out of toilet paper a couple of times in the middle of the night. Toilet plugged in the middle of the night and waited for a plunger until noon the next day. No elevator, so going up two flights of stairs to get to your room with a bunch of luggage, stroller, car seat, or baby made it very challenging. No automatic doors either, so the heavy doors slam on you as you’re trying to get in the door with your luggage and baby. Pool had green algae on the flooring and stairs. No pool towels available on the weekend. Pricey for what you get, but it is convenient for the location."

"The property and room were very well-maintained and clean. The building was quiet all night. Staff were friendly and helpful providing us with extra towels quickly when we asked. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing grand or showy. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi staying up way too late for our own good! My partner and I highly recommend and know we'll return for our next overnight escape from the chaos at home."

"Check in service was fairly uninviting and unfriendly. Entered our room (313) and the toilet was running. Could not get it to stop. Maintenance man was friendly, but definitely overwhelmed and overworked. Had to go to hardware store for parts, still unable to fix it (it ran all night and through our check out). He also replaced a broken bulb on tall lamp. Stains on bedspread, couch, and desk chair (which also had lots crumbs stuck on it). The final frustration and YUCK factor was one of the pillow cases had multiple “hardened” stains on it. I don’t want to guess what this may have been. Same unfriendly and unapologetic front desk staff member replaced this. In all, this was a very disappointing stay for a $200 room."

"The rooftop restaurant and bar is fabulous. The hotel is clean but very dated. They only provide daily cleaning if you request services. You have to hang a notice on the outside of your door with the things that you would like done checked off, like your ordering lunch at a hospital lol. The day I was going to check out however , they were banging on my door at 9:30. I was very annoyed. I told them I was still there packing up. Then they came and banged on the door again at 11! I couldn't believe it. That's the only hotel I've ever stayed at that did that. They also have water available for your room, but it's a dollar a bottle. But for the price, its a good place to stay if you're visiting WBL."
