« The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. It was very comfortable for a one night stay! Some things that would be nice to add include a nightstand on both sides of each bed, as applicable, and lamps! (all lighting was overhead and harsh). There were also no checkout instructions; I had to text the host to ask what we needed to do. A printed/laminated copy would be helpful to have in the house. Overall, we would happily stay here again - even more so if the above suggestions...

« Very nice two bedroom house. Obviously recently remodeled and very clean. Situated in a quiet residential area on a short dead end street with only a few other houses.Within easy driving distance from Beckley Exhibition Mine and other area destinations as well as grocery store and restaurants Definitely will use again when coming to this area. »

« Owner was very communicative. There were a few issues when we arrived because of the former renter. Philip dealt with the issues immediately. The older home is well maintained in an established neighborhood. Extremely clean. Home is well located to explore the northern, central and southern entrances to New River Gorge National Park. « House was as described. It is located off Harper Road. In a great location for lots of activities. There are several choices for restaurants. There is a Kroger grocery store nearby. The house was clean. Nicely decorated. Has in room air conditioning for bedrooms and main room. There is a coffee maker. A few kitchen utensils if you want to cook. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a great stay for my mom’s high school class reunion at Lake Steven’s. »
