"We had my Mom's 95th Birthday celebration on Saturday in a small town and Lincoln was the closest place with a VRBO. We spent Friday and Saturday night there. Loved the dining sunroom! We spent a lot of time there."

"Lincoln 3912 is a wonderful place to stay. It’s in close proximity to many wonderful activities in Lincoln, to include the zoo and shopping! It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax and unwind as if we were at home! We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!"

"We had a good stay. There was a mattress problem and the host fixed the issue very quickly. The place was clean. A few quirks were when in the basement, you can hear every footstep above and when you turn on the water faucet in the main bathroom is wildly loud in the adjacent bedroom. The bathroom sink was hard to use if someone was sleeping. Overall good stay but maybe not good if you are a light sleeper."

"The property was as described. I did the booking so I had seen the pictures. Some of us were okay with the black and gray walls, others thought they were a bit dark and depressing. Everything was new and in good shape. The beds were a little low, but we managed. The tea drinkers would have liked a pot to boil water."
