Mine won't hang out in an unfamiliar yard without me and it was also a nice neighborhood to walk them in. A friend traveled with me and needs to prepare food. I loved the space in the basement. Just some suggestions on that. Place, if possible a tv, a coffee table or something like that matter, and another coach, or love seat or for one person. But you do need another seating sofa. We played board games on the floor, it gets tiring after a while. The kitchen is very spacious, just need bigger pot and pans and cooking utensils. Other than that, it was great. The owner always responds in a very timely manner. Always ready to help with anything needed. I recommend this place a lot. I sure will use this place again. We came to Lincoln to attend a wedding and found this property to work really well for our group of three adults. We had plenty of space, the house had everything we needed. The property is dog friendly and it was very clean—they seem to have a great system so even if you’re not bringing a pet would still recommend. ##### Jessica M.
