### Centrally Located Home With Self Check-In

We would "whale-y" love to host you in this completely charming home in central Lincoln. A keyless entry makes check-in a breeze!  
  
You'll have 2 bedrooms - 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room. The whole home is yours!  
  
\-THE SPACE-  
  
Bedrooms:  
We want you to have a comfortable stay! You will find 2 bedrooms in the home. Both have a king-sized bed. The first bedroom has dresser drawers in case you are staying long enough to unpack and the second bedroom has a desk. Your toughest choice is, “which room do I sleep in!” Since the home is on a busier street, we provide a sound machine, bedside fan, and earplugs to help even the lightest of sleepers.  
  
Kitchen/Living Area:  
When you are here, you will have access to the kitchen which includes a refrigerator (with ice and water) stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee bar and other assorted drinks and small snacks. There will also be a small assortment of breakfast items.  
  
There is one 49" smart TV (no local channels or cable) in the home that you can sign into your streaming services.  
  
We also have a queen sized sofa bed available that you can have in the living room area. Be sure to let us know if you would like us to make it available to you.  
  
Bathroom and Laundry:  
There will be soaps, shampoos and other various toiletries in the bathroom should you need them. You will also have access to the washer/dryer. Feel free to do a load if you need to.  
  
Outdoors:  
If you'd like to get out of the house for a while, you are more than welcome to make yourself at home in the large fenced backyard that is shared with the Little Llama house (also on VRBO) next door. There is a small park grill (bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid) as well as hammocks, a small play house, and a great big green space.  
  
Guest access  
Our goal is to provide the easiest check-in possible! The home has a passcode for the front door. This way you can access your home without worrying that you might disturb us meeting up with a key.  
We want you to make yourself at home!!  
  
You can park in the driveway - the driveway allows for 3 cars but they will need to be parked in a row which makes it a tad difficult for the 1st and 2nd cars parked in the driveway to leave.

What to Expect:  
We will be providing a booklet with information about your stay as well as our favorite places to eat or visit while you are in Lincoln.  
Please don't hesitate to ask if there is something that you need! We want you to be comfortable!  
  
Check-Out:  
Check out time is 11:00 am. Late checkout may be possible depending on if the room is booked for later that day or not. So just check with us if you are hoping for a late check out. Since there is no key to return, just message us or text our cell to let us know that you have left and the home is ready to be cleaned.

Cute and comfortable, great place for couples or a small family. The central location made for a quick and easy trip to the stadium and Haymarket area. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Hosts offered detailed information so we knew what to expect when we arrived. Overall a great stay!

Clean and very cute. No mold smell. Good WI-FI. Nice backyard for the dogs. It is off a busy street, but is quiet at night. Needs new washing machine and floodlight for backyard. Close to a delicious mexican restaurant that they recommended (still dreaming about it). I enjoyed my stay! Single female. The drive in had me very worried, but once you pass the college the neighborhood looks better.

#### Perfect, Cozy Cottage for Passing Through

What an incredible Vrbo experience! My family is road tripping across the Country in an attempt to pass on some of the nostalgia from our childhood memories to our teenagers ... and pups! We needed to find a place in the midway point traveling from Arkansas to Wyoming. Although I had planned this 3 week road trip 6 months ago, the only detail I failed to secure was where we would be staying in Nebraska - as it was a just a one night stop over. It wasn’t until a few days ago I remembered I needed to find a spot! Being last minute, and complete with four legged companions, I frantically signed online. I was able to find and secure the Little Blue House for only one night within 15 mins - AND cheaper than staying at a hotel. Little did I know how luxurious our simply stop over would be! The accommodations exceeded our expectations beyond words! For a “simple one night stay”, this cottage is by far one of the nicest properties we have ever experienced booking on Vrbo. (AND WE book often, usually properties ranging between $400-$700 a night.). At 1/6th of the cost of all our other bookings, the owners have created a cozy, creative and safe place to rest your head. BEAUTIFUL ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RENTER EXPERIENCE! Literally, in the simplest of terms, if you are reading this review - BOOK IT. #### Cute and Comfortable - Would stay here any time I am in town

I adore this house. I spent the first few minutes looking at everything and constantly repeating the word "cute". Everything is so well designed! The backyard is beautiful. Our 10-year old really enjoyed the swing and the adults enjoyed the hammocks. The house was just fantastic and very clean. There were so many thoughtful details -- wood train in a "Toys" suitcase, Huskeropoly, extra toiletries should you need them, small cereal boxes, coffee, charging cables in the outlets, etc. We especially loved the map with flags from visitors. It was so fun to see all the different areas represented. We all slept better than we had in a long time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Husband and I stopped in Lincoln for a few days on our way across the country and this rental had everything we needed. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including fast internet so we could work remotely. The large back yard was perfect for our pup to run around. Highly recommend!

The little blue house was super cozy and very clean. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable. The only draw back is the busy road out front. We didn’t bring our pet, but he would have enjoyed it too. The backyard is fully fenced
