With a surface area of 73 m², this furnished apartment is located on the 1st and top floor without an elevator in a quiet residence and benefits from a 20m2 terrace facing EAST, designed to enjoy meals outdoors...  
Decorated and arranged in a contemporary style, it consists of an entrance, a bedroom with a double bed (140), separate toilet; a bedroom with a 160x20cm double bed with a dressing room, a bathroom with an Italian-style shower.  
A vast and bright living area of 40m2 overlooking the terrace. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker and Senseo, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...) open to the living room and dining room.  
Wifi connection.  
Exposure EAST, bike path 5 minutes away, lake access in 5 min. Bakery 2 minutes away, local shops 5 minutes walking distance.  
You will feel comfortable during your stay: 1 flat screen TV, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc...
