« Un super choix à tout point de vue »

« When we got to the hotel, we were only given two towels and two washcloths for four people. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper. When I asked for more towels, I was told there was enough for the room. I explained that there were four people staying in the room, but they did not provide anything additional. We were there a total of three days. When we left the morning after we arrived, we went for a hike. When we went back to the hotel to take a shower, we had no towels or washcloths....

« I reserved a room for 2 adults and 3 kids, the personal was complaining that we make 2 much noise , because the front desk was just under my room. My kids didn't make a lit of noise at all. The isolation wasn't not good att all. When people walked in the hallway we heard them . Bunch of people on my floor was making a lot of noise they didn't received any complaint at all. In one room they were arguing all day they didn't received any complaints. In another they were throwing a party literally...

« The staff was amazing!! Next I'm in town we will stay with them again. They went above and beyond for us. They even let us swim in the pool past closing hours ty so much for being so awesome 😁 »

« With took a non smokers room, which smell disguisting when we entre the room, like cigar. White towel were so dirty. We found hairs in the bed, etc… »
