The apartment features an open-concept kitchen that is fully equipped and furnished with: a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, a percolator coffee maker (ground coffee), an electric kettle, as well as everything needed for cooking and dining.

The unit is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children but sleeps up to 6. 

The pool is open from June 1 through September 30.

Tennis (ask the caretaker for the key if the gates are locked), pétanque, volleyball. The complex is located at the foot of the coves and beaches, with no roads to cross.

Direct access to the beach. Nearby shops, butcher shop, bakery. The residence and its surroundings offer a variety of activities, including kilometres of bike paths, net fishing for kids of all ages, excellent Michelin-starred restaurants, or fast food if you don’t feel like cooking. Convenience store, butcher, bakery… all within walking distance! A truly lively area!

Sète is accessible internationally by train or via the Montpellier airport

Pets are allowed upon request, for an additional fee of €15 per pet per stay.

Please note that check-in is self-service starting at 4:00 PM. You must stop by the concierge desk before heading to your accommodation (3.5 km away).

If you arrive before 6:00 PM, we’ll be happy to meet you; otherwise, you can pick up your keys on your own (24/7).

All arrival information will be sent to you 48 hours before the start of your stay via your Airbnb inbox.

For your comfort and so you can travel light, you’ll find the following upon arrival: A clean place to stay! All linens: sheets (bed made), bath towels, dish towels. Basic supplies (olive oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, hand soap, shampoo and body wash (1 per person)).
