Geese and their babies, blue herons, king fishers, bald eagles, hummingbirds on the front deck, and an occasional otter. Beautiful sunsets, Mt. Baker on the horizon, peace and tranquility. "The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. They have beach access across the street, which was also very nice! My only VERY minor complaint is that when you order the breakfast-to-go that it was very simple and things I had actually already brought with us, unfortunately. But the breakfast for two that is delivered to your door was very nice and quite delicious! And the delivery guy was very nice!"

"We travel with a dog and they provide a great area for walking your dog and taking care of business. Breakfast was most adequate. Room was spotless, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Only “complaint” doesn’t sound like much now that I am home but the parking was all lower elevation from the lobby and meant hauling whatever uphill when you are tired from traveling."
