Location is quite good, close to a subway stop just around the corner a block away. Also, a bus terminal nearby and several fast food joints.

Overall: The room was a bit dated. However, given the price, I didn't have high expectations. The toilet tank cover was plastic and didn't fit in place. The tub looked worn from years of use. The room was dated, but it was clean overall and functional. If you're looking for privacy and a good nights sleep, this is a good choice. Location was excellent. It is one block away from the subway (orange line). Since the hotel was a block away, there wasn't much street noise in the room. For solo travelers who don't want to stay in a hostel, but aren't too fussy with the condition of the room (eg. dated bathroom), this is a great choice mainly because of the location. Staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy. Overall, this is a great option for one or two people looking to spend most of the day touring Seoul and coming back to the room to sleep.

Best gangam affordable
It was located close to gangnam and right at a subway stop. It was easy to find and the location for exploring the southern parts of Seoul was perfect!! It was also great for other parts as there is a subway!!!

I booked this room specifically because it had a tub, but unfortunately, it was very dirty so I didn't even get close to the tub. Not only that, the room was not clean. There was an old sock left under the table, and the room was very dim but yet I was able to clearly see the sock. Also, they make a big deal about the room being non-smoking, but the first thing I smelled when opening the door was cigarette smoke. The toilet seat was very clearly loose and opening it to clean the toilet would have been an indicator, yet it remained loose on my second day. There was a burned out light making the dark room even darker. And last but not least, there was a long hair inside the packaging for one of the bathrobes. Ew.... I was disgusted but stayed only because booking another room where there is a language barrier would have been worse.

Good basic hotel (motel type), convenient location
Right at Nambu Bus Terminal and Nambu subway station, the location is excellent and easy to get to. Good for a stay on a limited budget.

Very noisy air-conditioning and can be a noisy neighborhood if you want to sleep with the window open. Very hard mattress was fine for me but probably surprising for most. I don't like my room towels turned over every day (cut down on my environmental impact) but it's not easy to keep the staff out :) it was fine though, they're lovely. Excellent Airport bus service just up from the main door, subway station a 2-3min walk and booking at the last minute the hotel price was right.

Good for the price. Convenient location.
Convenient location, near by public transport and the Seoul Arts Centre (where I was working during the week of my stay). The hotel is quite basic, but that is reflected in the price. There is free wifi and the staff are polite.

Hotel was OK for the price and location was convenient, but would not recommend unless you're trying to save some money. The cleaning lady frequently left the door unlocked after cleaning (never leave valuables in the room). Cigarette smoke seeped through from another room.

Cheap, safe and convenient, but be aware
Location is very convenient for Seocho, Seoul Arts Center and the surrounding area (with about a bazillion restaurants), and Nambu Terminal Subway station is a 2-minute walk. Also easy access to/from Incheon Airport via the Airport Bus (6016), which originates at Nambu Terminal. Be aware that this is a love hotel. It also works perfectly fine as a cheap and functional hotel for a week-or-so business or tourist stay, but understand that many people are there for, um, amorous activity, so not good for kids. Also, although the room was supposed to be non-smoking, there apparently are no non-smoking rooms. Finally, as is the case with many Korean hotels, the bath/shower has no curtain, so the entire bathroom floor tends to get wet unless you're very diligent. If you're OK with all that, and you want a cheap, no frills hotel in a very convenient location, then it's fine.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. Everything was just great. Clean room and comfortable beds, kind and polite staffs, many free stuffs, especially great cost for stay. Wonderful location in the city....etc I strongly recommend people to try this hotel.

Everything was great. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The only thing was that it was very warm in the room. I turned down what I thought was the room heat but it was still pretty warm.
