The location is few blocks from Myeong Dang and feels safe to walk to the evening bazaars.
The room is small. Hardly any space to walk on the side of the bed. I had to get on bed from bottom of bed.
There is really no lobby. There is no coffee facility in room either.
The check out time extension is charged by the hour. If your visit falls on Sunday and Monday no museums are open and they can not book you for DMZ due to marathons etc. That is what the only one person at desk told me. She did not know much about town or events.

Nice clean hotel in a good location with easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Very nice bathroom with bath and shower.The rooms are a good size for solo travellers however people with multiple suitcases may struggle for space. No wardrobe space provided in the room I stayed in.
The room layout is the biggest negative as the sliding door can’t fully block the automatic motion sensor light in the corridor which is activated by people walking past the room outside.
Also the air conditioning cannot be adjusted, therefore the room is quite warm.

The accommodations were excellent - exceeded only by the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness. Each and every one of the staff went out of their way to assist their customers. In particular - Sean, Alice, and Jinny as well as others whose name I did not get. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.
