« I want to preface this by saying the hotel front desk staff we encountered were incredible and completely apologetic and they couldn’t do anything. Expedia is definitely the one to blame on this one! We booked our room for our family through Expedia with the understanding the pool is open and operational. Pictures online show a nice clean pool.
