The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Our room was comfortable, but a bit run down. The room was very clean. Meh: The furnishing in my room was fairly basic. I might not have even noticed/commented except other "resorts" at this price point in Indonesia were beautifully furnished. They even gave me free coconuts for drinking. The property is nice and good location. But my room bathroom definitely had mold visible on all walls and was just very unclean, nothing was even simply wiped down like the sink and shower glass. The power kept going out and then coming back on several times throughout the trip. also breakfast was really bad. Le personnel est vraiment très chaleureux et agréable. La chambre était propre, le wifi fonctionnait très bien et le lit comfortable. Le cadre en nature est très sympa et la piscine top ! A very good place to stay in Senggigi. People of the hotel are very nice and carefull. The room was clean, no problem with the wifi, the bed was comfortable.
