"The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked the Onsen that we were able to access directly from the property. I was really happy with the property, but it took pretty long time for check-in. I was guided to the self check in but it didn’t work and guided to the in person check in. A guest who was checking in front of us was taking long time so I had to wait. Also this was our first time to stay this hotel, and I was not sure how the Onsen ticket works, like if the ticket can be used for...
"Curious with the good reviews, I want to experience it. True enough, Sendai Kokusai Hotel is well deserved. They have local and foreign front desk staffs ensuring the best communication. The hotel building is not new but very well maintained. I had a minor issue with my room. A staff member checked it out and made the arrangement immediately. Really appreciated the swiftly settlement. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much. Will stay again in my future trips."
