The elevator was very load all night. I can't sleep well due to the noise. It feels like someone knocking on the wall every now and then. I used earplugs and that didn't help a lot. I hope next time, you can: 1\. Let us choose not to sleep next to an elevator prior to logging. So we have a choice to stay elsewhere, even another hotel if neccesary. 2\. If we cannot choose, at least notify us first. So there will not be bad suprises like this time. 3\.
