« The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was yummy, and the illumination at night was so pretty. Also, we got real keys- it’s been a long time since I’ve had an actual key so that was fun!! Most of the staff I spoke to spoke limited English, and I speak just a little Japanese so, just be ready to use your Japanese skills! :) »

"We stayed 6 nights. The room was regular size for japanese hotels. We had a queen bed, the mattress was comfy but the comforter was super thin, I was disappointed because usually, in Japan, comforters are always big and fluffy. There was no disturbing noises from the streets or from the hallway. There’s 4 washing machines where you can pay with coins or with an app which was convenient for us. We tried the lunch buffet and it was very good : cooked on the spot and many delicious desserts. Overall we had a great stay at The One Five."
