The room was very large, quiet, and felt very luxurious, including the great smelling bath salts. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They greet you on the first floor and handle luggage, then direct you to the 25th floor lobby where check-in happens. The room is luxurious and spacious - which is quite rare for Japanese hotels. It takes a 10-min walk from Sendai Station and a 15-min walk from the central shopping area Aobadori.
