Rural finca S'Empaltada with pool in Mallorca

In the town of Selva, you can find this fantastic farm with capacity for 6 people, surrounded by nature and tranquility that allows you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in an idyllic setting.



You can rest on its large furnished terrace with a large table to share delicious meals, and then relax in its comfortable hammocks surrounding the pool (10mx6m), where you can cool off. Additionally, it features a small chill-out area where you can find complete calm under the trees. Next to the house is a fully equipped gym so you can stay in shape even during your vacation.



The house has spacious areas that are divided into two floors. On the ground floor, we find a large open kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite recipes and serve them at its large tables. On this same floor, illuminated by large windows, there is a relaxation area and a large sofa that allows you to rest after a day of excursions. It also has a bathroom near the kitchen.



Going up the stairs, we find on the first floor a second living room with TV so you can watch your favorite programs on its large sofas and enjoy the views through the large windows. On this floor we find the bedrooms, two of them with a large double bed and spacious closets, and another with two single beds. All of them have an en-suite bathroom and one of them with a bathtub. The entire house has central air conditioning, adjustable in each room.



Its idyllic location allows you to enjoy a paradise surrounded by nature and mountains, while being close to the town where you can access local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The beach, with turquoise waters, is 30 minutes by car. Being in the center of the island also allows you to explore other routes such as hiking trails, from Selva, Lluc a Peu, a famous pilgrimage path to the Monastery of Lluc. You can also visit markets like the one held every Thursday in Inca, which is 12 minutes by car.
