We booked a king premium with a riverfront balcony and it was perfect. The rooms are a bit small compared to other hotels we have stayed at but perfect for just 2 people. Will definitely stay there again on our next visit to San Antonio "

"Beautiful historical hotel with excellent, friendly staff and classically decorated rooms. The lobby smelled divine. In a quiet portion with view of the Riverwalk. Double beds are a bit tight and bathroom needs updating. Valet $(64/day) and fees are high, including an additional $22 day charged that was not disclosed by Expedia at time of booking. I probably would return with my partner, but perhaps not with the teen kids as the beds were tight."

"We were anxious to check in, so we were very happy when they let us check in right on time. I guess our room wasn’t available yet so they gave us another room. "

"The room I was given half was completely soaked due to a leak from the AC or possibly from the carpet being left wet after cleaning. I contacted the front desk and was told that no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was towels for the floor, which is unacceptable. There was also no manager on-site to address the issue. The room smelled damp and was very uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the bathroom is extremely small, which made the overall experience even worse."
