"What a gem of a property. We were greeted on arrival and welcomed with open arms. The refrigerator had some food and juice along with some home made wine by the owners father. A pleasant gesture which is not normally done. Thank you so graciously the use of the Hotspot. That was a life saver on many occasions.The house was very inviting and open with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sounds of nature all around you. "Overall I had a pretty good stay. The room was very nice and the location is PERFECT for walking to downtown Split and the main hubs. I only had issues with the AC and shower in my room. For the AC, I wasn’t really allowed to adjust it much since apparently the central unit for half of the rooms on the floor was in my room, so I couldn’t adjust without it affecting other tenants. Which was kinda weird. And the water temperature in the shower was uncomfortably erratic. I would get decent warm water for literally a few seconds before it would go lukewarm or even ice cold. This happened every single day while I was there. Told the front desk about it on my third day and they still never fixed it. Overall, I wouldn’t discourage others from staying here. Just some things to potentially keep in mind. "
