In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 800 m from the lake, 400 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture. In the house: reception, WiFi, table tennis, trampoline, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 200 m, pedestrian zone 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 100 m, railway station 500 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m, bathing lake "Wildsee" 800 m. Golf course (9 hole) 500 m, indoor tennis centre 1 km, sports centre 1 km, skisport facilities 400 m, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte 400 m, Gschwandtkopf 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Use of the washing machine on request with the person in charge.  
1-room apartment 33 m2 on 1st floor. Renovated in 2024, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Amarey / Nespresso) extra) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture.
