"not ritzy, pretty simple but perfect for our needs. Apartment 14, 2 room apartment. Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, china, glasses and cutlery and most things you would need. Electric hot water kettle, toaster, micro, fridge, oven and stovetop all worked. There is a coffee maker but we did not use it. The bed we found to be super comfortable with nice bedding. "The flat itself is modern and comfortable. The neighbours were friendly. During our stay in January there was plenty of snow and the woods near the house looked magical with snow reaching your hips. The town where we did most of the important shopping was innsbruck, about a 20min drive away. The property was clean and well prepared with towels, crockery, cutlery, toiletries and even coffee and condiments. Would recommend!"

"lt. Internet Anreise ab 15:00 möglich. Objekt war am Ankunftstag um 18:00 immer noch nicht gereinigt und bezugsfertig. Fernseher ging nicht. Bis Montag keine Anmeldung beim Fremdenverkehrsamt durch Vermieter erfolgt trotz mehrfache Übermittlung der Kontaktdaten an Vermieter. Später dann auch nur Voranmeldung für meine Frau. Dadurch mehrfache Anfahrten zum Fremdenverkehrsamt. Es gab dadurch keine Gästekarten und keine Rabatte bzw. kostenfreie Busfahrten."

"We came this time with our children, last year it was just my wife and me, and if our time allows, we will be happy to come again. It is a very nice place, with a quiet location, but still in easy walking distance to everything; it directly overlooks the Isar, and sitting on the balcony, above the Isar and looking out to the Karwendel mountains is a pleasure for the moments when not hiking. I think it is ideal for a couple, or a couple with young children."
