"A better experience than we could ever have hoped for. The house and location are gorgeous with lots of deer sightings. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to prepare all our meals. We stayed for a week and still didn’t manage to take advantage of all the amenities offered (fireplace, outdoor fire pit, boardgames, etc.). Located extremely close to the northern end of Lake Moomaw and the Hidden Valley Recreation Area. The gate on the front porch allowed our pup to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets with the family. We had no cell coverage in the area but the WiFi on property was extremely fast and reliable (better than ours back home!)Already eagerly planning our next trip here. "

"Loved the location and setup of the house! Beautiful sunrise each morning, and centrally located to many outdoor activities.Well-stocked pantry for cooking and great back deck for an outdoor dinner.Comfortable beds and linens, and plenty of towels, too!"

"This cabin was beautiful inside and very well laid out. Not to mention it is very close to many restaurants. The only thing I would like to see done is hot water, the shower was not hot it was at best luke warm. Other than this I would highly recommend this place to others. "

"We embarked on a last minute ski trip, and the location was fantastic within a small town with grocery stores and restaurants. The house was equipped with everything we needed to feel like we were at home, and my favorite amenity was the fenced-in backyard for our pets. Jenna, the host, was incredibly welcoming and happy to offer suggestions. "

"Horific experience. They posted the picture of the lodge and mplied it was walking distance to the "Lodges ~Ski Trails" It is not. It is a dump of a place, across from a industiral site, which is a 50 minute drive from the lodge in the posing. The seller did not like my overly angry compliants; but said it was too bad for me. I sucked it up and said I would be reluctantly be staying. Then on the day I was to go there they cancelled my reservation - said I had "threatened them" (so they can keep the money?) . LOL what a looser. Let's see what VRBO and the credit card company have to say. "
