"Lovely home close by park and downtown Sebastopol. We enjoyed Christmas at the house. Well stocked kitchen, cozy living room and fun play space for kids. Beds were comfy and bathrooms well stocked. "

"The information about the property was inaccurate. The owner was not available when we got there and didn’t get back to us about the lack of beds until the middle of the night. Then he claimed he wasn’t paid in a rude manner. He was paid through the app. He then was threatening about accessing part of the property with the same address although his family also tried contacting owner with no luck. "

"The house and property were gorgeous. Great entertaining house with enough space to be together as well as get some alone time. It was raining the whole time we were there so we weren't able to utilize the outside space as much as we would have liked but it was private and the covered porch had heaters so we could still sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The spa was a big draw for our group."
